Your Job
As a Production Manager, you will ensure safety and manage manpower in the Assembly department for timely deliveries. You'll oversee quality, conduct internal audits, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Managing team leads and training specialists, you'll ensure compliance with training and operational standards. You will also champion Operational Excellence, maintain positive employee relations, and adhere to company policies and the Corporate PBM Framework, while performing duties assigned by the Operations Manager.

What You Will Do
1. Maintain a safe work environment within the Assembly department
2. Manage manpower planning and material controls to achieve on-time customer deliveries
3. Action CAPA’s, Customer Complaints, and quality alerts in a timely manner
4. Perform routine internal audits for the plant complying with regulations to maintain data integrity
5. Manage team leads in conjunction with operators in the Assembly Department
6. Oversee the completion of records of all testing and production activities performed
7. Develop and identify new work processes and facilitate participation in continuous improvement projects
8. Generate change requests and review/develop in-house procedures for both production and testing as appropriate
9. Manage Operation Training Specialists and ensure all training requirements are met in manual assembly
10. Be a champion for Operational Excellence initiatives. Ensure boards and relevant reports are regularly kept up to date
11. Maintain positive employee relations and adhere to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices. Ensuring all QA, HR, Safety, Environmental and other key procedures are followed
12. Any other duties assigned by the Operations Manager
13. Embrace the Corporate PBM (Principles Based Management) Framework and Guiding Principles
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an engineering, business or scientific discipline is desirable
2. Experience with SAP and its functionality
3. Knowledge of the Manufacturing Environment
4. Proven ability in the management of people
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
6. Ability to work on own initiative
7. Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
