Senior Equipment Maintenance Engineer

Analog Devices International is a world-leading semiconductor company specializing in high-performance analogue, mixed signal and digital signal processing (DSP) integrated circuits (ICs). One of Limerick’s major employers for over 40 years, we are currently recruiting an ambitious and enthusiastic Equipment Maintenance Engineer.
This role will be situated in our cleanroom class 10 Wafer Fabrication facility and the successful candidate will perform the following duties:
* Support Daily Operation of Semiconductor Manufacturing Facility with proven skills in effective problem solving, troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis
* Lead cross functional teams in a systematic approach to continuous improvement, using data driven analysis and decision making
* Drive Continuous Improvement of KPI’s of semiconductor manufacturing Equipment such as % Availability, Mean-Time-To-Repair (MTTR) & Mean-Time-Between-Failure (MTBF)
Although not essential, prior experience in some of the following Equipment would be useful:
* TEL Tracks
* Nikon Steppers
* Semitool Wet Chemistry Platforms
The successful candidate will have the following:
* Experience: 6-10 years of experience – Maintenance Technician or Engineer, ideally coming from a highly regulated environment or an Equipment Maintenance role within the Semiconductor industry.
* Capable of demonstrating analytical troubleshooting methods (Root Cause Analysis, 8D Problem Solving, 5-why), and First Time Right repair skills.
* Able to follow preventative maintenance and Standard Work procedures.
* Analog Devices adopts a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategy. Prior experience in TPM is desirable.
