Our Client, based in South County Dublin, provides case management services to people who have catastrophic care needs. They currently have a vacancy for a Part-time Legal Secretary to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, empathetic, and skilled in managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Salary: DOE

The Role:
* Complete and update the Enquiries and Report Registers and QuNote so that they are up to date at all times, tracking enquiries and reports.
* Set up case files and manage the paperwork for each file as directed.
* Manage all reports through the cycle to completion, ensuring accuracy at all times.
* Prepare invoices, track payments, and manage the timely exchange of reports.
* Liaise with the Case managers regarding Case Management Clients where this is a crossover with expert witness reports.
* Manage Qunote as appropriate.
* Manage telephone and email communication professionally.
* Manage client files professionally.
* Complete general administration duties as required.
* Filing.
* Any other duties as requested.
The Candidate:
* 3 years+ previous experience gained in a busy office environment.
* Good MS Office skills including Excel.
* Have a flexible approach, a friendly disposition, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
* Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
