Hotel Revenue Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Revenue Manager to join our team as a hybrid role. As a key member of our revenue management function, you will be responsible for managing the revenue function for a cluster of properties across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement revenue strategies to drive profitability and exceed revenue targets per property.
* Analyze business data and develop insights to inform revenue decisions using tools such as Ideas G3, Optix, PowerBi, Co-Star, OTA Insights/Lighthouse & Travelclick.
* Manage rates and inventory in all distribution channels, including creating and maintaining rate codes for all rates, packages, and promotions in Opera and Channel Manager.
* Lead revenue strategy meetings with Operations and Sales teams, and assist with ad hoc revenue projects as required.
* Maintain and develop relationships with third-party partners, and identify revenue opportunities through direct channels.
* Coordinate with Sales Teams, Digital Team, and partner agencies to execute distribution activities and implement new initiatives to support hotel distribution and segment optimization strategies.
* Conduct pricing audits with contracted vendors to monitor and report on rate parity and ensure agreements are being adhered to.
Requirements:
* A minimum of three years management experience in Rooms Division, Revenue Management, or Reservations.
* Previous experience at Cluster/Regional level.
* Recognized qualification in Hotel & Catering, leisure, or hospitality operations management.
* Excellent analytical skills, ability to work well under pressure, and effectively handle multiple concurrent demands.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently as part of a team.
* Previous experience in a target-driven role, familiarity with forecasting/budgets/management accounts, and strong IT skills with knowledge of Opera, Ideas G3 RMS, Travelclick, OTA Insights/Lighthouse, Siteminder, Co-Star, PowerBi, or equivalent.
