O’ Reilly Commercials Ltd is currently looking for a full-time Workshop Administrator to join their team based in Ballinalack, Co. Westmeath.
Key Responsibilities:
1. A mechanically minded individual who is highly organised and can work on their own initiative.
2. Knowledge of autoview systems is an advantage.
3. Invoicing jobs.
4. Keep up to date with current NSAI auditing, Health and Safety legislation, training, and standards.
5. Cover reception duties, greeting visitors, and receiving office deliveries.
6. Assist the store manager.
7. Complete required legal documents for vehicle conversions & vehicle body building.
8. Undertake any other duties or activities as required.
9. Ensure that the workplace is clean, tidy, and safe during and following every job.
10. Support operations and technical personnel with data communications.
11. Actively participate in quality assurance, audit programs, and other company exercises and initiatives as a flexible team player.
12. Manage all incoming calls and emails.
13. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.
14. Customer service experience.
Additional Requirements:
1. Knowledge of light and heavy commercial vehicles is an advantage.
2. Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
3. Responsiveness to management requests.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to operate as part of a team.
6. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy administrative role.
7. Strong IT skills.
8. Previous experience within the motor industry is desirable.
