Project Manager/Site Supervisor – Dublin
Salary up to €70,000 DOE

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager/Site Supervisor to oversee electrical infrastructure projects in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading civil engineering contractor on major infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain baseline programmes in Microsoft Project, track progress, and provide regular updates to clients.
Identify critical path delays, negotiate extensions, monitor project costs, and ensure budget compliance.
Track financial performance, identify cost overruns, propose mitigation strategies, and manage contract variations with the client.
Review project contracts, issue required notices, and ensure risk assessments and HS documentation are approved.
Manage Site Agents, Project Engineers, and QS, overseeing all site workers and approving monthly progress claims.
Conduct regular HS and quality audits, address design issues, and propose solutions to the client.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Management role within civil utilities
Strong background in electrical infrastructure projects
Degree or qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and teams
Excellent communication and leadership skills
