Looking for a junior receptionist for a 6 month contract with the possibility of being extended. Customer service experience is required and candidates must be availible to start immediately.
Duties:
● Managing a busy switchboard
● Answering queries via telephone and email
● General front of office duties
● Meet and greet clients with a positive and helpful attitude.
● Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner.
● Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
● Directing visitors to the correct office/meeting room.
