About the Host Recruiter:
MarketStar is looking for a Host Recruiter to support our AirBnB team. You will be identifying and recruiting hosts for our growing Airbnb business. The perfect candidate will possess a deep knowledge of the Airbnb platform and exceptional networking abilities. Your responsibilities will include researching potential co-hosts, initiating contact, and managing communications to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Location: Ireland, remote
What will you do?
1. Researching and identifying potential hosts for our Airbnb properties.
2. Reaching out to potential hosts via email, phone, or social media.
3. Conducting initial conversations to gauge interest and suitability.
4. Managing ongoing communications to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
5. Coordinating with the onboarding team to facilitate training and integration.
6. Maintaining a database of potential and current co-hosts.
7. Monitoring and responding to inquiries from potential co-hosts.
8. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop outreach strategies.
9. Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.
What Will You Need to Succeed?
1. Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or partnership development.
2. Italian language - C1 level and above.
3. In-depth knowledge of the Airbnb platform and its functionalities.
4. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Ability to research and identify potential co-hosts effectively.
7. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
8. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
9. Ability to manage multiple communications and follow-ups simultaneously.
10. Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
11. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
