DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead and manage the configuration and implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for an Investment Management Company.
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent organizational skills, and a track record of managing CRM projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Management:Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget, and timelines.Define project tasks and resource requirements.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.Stakeholder Management:Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.Communicate project expectations, updates, and progress to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.Facilitate meetings and presentations to provide project updates and gather feedback.Risk Management:Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.Ensure that any project changes are communicated and managed effectively.Quality Assurance:Ensure that the project meets the required quality standards.Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.Resource Management:Allocate and manage project resources efficiently.Ensure team members have the necessary skills and tools to complete their tasks.Provide guidance, support, and training to team members as needed.Budget Management:Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring all expenditures are tracked and within approved limits.Report on project financials and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and management.Change Management:Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.Ensure that change requests are properly documented, reviewed, and approved. Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically with CRM configuration and implementation projects.Strong understanding of CRM systems and related technologies.Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
