Service / After Sales Advisor
Our client, a market leading employer in the motor sector, based in Limerick, has an immediate opening for a full-time Service / After Sales Advisor to join their team.
Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, the Service / After Sales Advisor will present a friendly and professional face to customers and provide efficient administrative support to other departments.
The Role:
Responsibilities include:
1. Answering the telephone and booking in customers for services
2. Maintaining a daily diary
3. Welcoming customers to the showroom and checking their details on arrival
4. Documenting the customers' car problems and passing the information to the mechanics
5. Consulting with mechanics about repairs
6. Answering questions about service outcomes (after consulting with the mechanic if necessary)
7. Consulting with customers and mechanics to schedule car check-ups and service appointments
8. Providing customers with an approximate cost and time it will take for repairs to be completed
9. Invoicing the service charge and receiving payment
Skills & Experience that we need:
* Previous Reception/ Service/ After Sales experience
* Prior experience in the motor industry would be a distinct advantage
* Initiative-taking professional with excellent customer service skills
* Excellent administration skills
* Collaborative team player
* Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills
The Offer:
This position is a permanent role with a salary depending on candidate skills and experience, expected to be in the range of €32K - €36K per annum, along with the opportunity to work in a wonderful team environment.
Hours of work: Onsite - 9am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
