We're looking for a motivated HR Administrator to join a growing team and work closely with clients in creating and reviewing customised HR and employment documentation.
In this role, you'll offer accurate, commercially focused advice on all aspects of HR and employment law.
Key Responsibilities: Review and update clients' HR documents for legal compliance.Engage with clients via video calls, phone, and in-person meetings to deliver high-quality documentation and resolve HR queries.Proactively manage your workload and appointments, following company protocols.Stay current on employment law and HR best practices.Provide HR and employment law training to various groups.Support other departments, especially HR Advisory, as needed.Contribute to a collaborative team environment and share expertise.Produce reports and handle special projects as directed.Key Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.1+ years of experience in an HR role with Irish Employment Law application.Excellent communication and client interaction skills.Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Proficiency in written English and word processing.Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.If this sounds like you – We'd love to hear from you.
