A leading packaging company in Galway, Ireland seeks a detail-oriented Office/Sales Administrator to support sales operations and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales reports.
* Process and track customer orders.
* Maintain CRM records and handle customer inquiries.
Office Administration:
* Manage calls, correspondence, and office supplies.
* Schedule meetings and maintain records.
* Support HR and finance with administrative tasks.
Customer Relations:
* Build strong customer relationships.
* Collaborate with internal teams to exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in administration or sales support.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience in packaging or manufacturing is desirable.
What We Offer:
* Salary: €35,000 to €40,000 (Negotiable - Depending on Experience)
