You will manage requisition fulfilment, expectations, timelines, and supplier briefings, ensuring efficient sourcing and coordination of the recruitment process, including interviews, offers, and onboarding.The areas of recruitment across these accounts will include Customer Service, Financial and Languages.Key Responsibilities:Build lasting relationships: You will develop relationships with key contacts, providing specialist advice, support, and recommendations on specific market conditions. By developing strategies to maximize networks and information resources, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, candidates, and colleagues, demonstrating your personal brand, expertise, and credibility.Develop and evolve your account: Meeting individual placement and fee targets is crucial, as is contributing to team targets.
