Job Title: Dutch Sales Account Executive
Reporting to: Team Leader
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (fully onsite)

As a successful Dutch Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and understanding their business needs and how you can support them. You will be supporting our clients by understanding the knowledge gaps in their organisation and offering a consultative approach in providing them with access to knowledge experts globally.
REQUIREMENTS
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage key accounts and provide a high level of customer care, anticipating clients needs by delving deep and understanding their business models
2. Working with key clients on projects, understanding their objectives and working on analysing data
3. Managing and maintaining the inhouse knowledge database and reaching out to recruiting new experts when required.
4. Developing strong internal and external relationships with customers and find new & innovative ways to continually enhance the customers’ experience.
5. Strong networking skills
6. A track record in meeting and exceeding targets and ensures working in a fast-paced environment
7. Participate in weekly & monthly meetings
8. Navigate complex compliance requirements and operations procedures that differ with each client and jurisdiction
OFFER
Experience
9. Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, telesales, and/or account management
10. Fluent Dutch & English
11. Strong administration skills
12. CRM proficiency experience a plus * High levels of motivation, enthusiasm and an innovative approach * Sales training is preferred
13. A natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service
14. Excellent telephone manner is essential
15. Good team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude
16. Has excellent communication skills and is able to build effective long term relationships
17. Is able to develop positive business relationships and to ‘close’ a sale
18. Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills
