Our client is looking for a Head Chef to help in the redevelopment of its hotel based in Wexford.
You will have the opportunity to rebuild a kitchen and make it one of the leading culinary destinations in the area again.
Key Responsibilities: Create innovative and exceptional menus that showcase your culinary skill and passion.
Lead and inspire a dedicated team of chefs, fostering a collaborative and positive kitchen environment.
Maintain the highest standards in food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Skills & Experience: Strong expertise in general practice (GP), cost management, and menu development.
Proven experience as a Sous Chef/Head Chef, successfully managing a fast-paced kitchen team.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a calm demeanour under pressure.
Attention to detail, ensuring the highest standards in food safety and hygiene.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively guide and motivate your team.
Preferred Qualifications: Formal culinary training or a degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
A successful track record as Head Chef in a similar hospitality setting.
A true passion for the culinary arts and an understanding of global food trends and techniques.
Salary 50k plus bonus Please note, only candidates who are eligible to live and work in Ireland without restrictions will be considered for this role.
