Killaloe Hotel & Spa is a 4 star boutique hotel focused on customer service & guest experience. We have a busy spa & rooms department but we are looking to add to our food & beverage department. We have our busy bar & restaurant O'Briens and also our cocktail bar, our library for private dining and our ballroom. We are looking for a full time food & beverage supervisor to join a young dynamic team. Experience in a hotel or busy bar & restaurant is desired.
The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will supervise the operational and financial success of the Food & Beverage function.
Responsibilities
1. Supervise and oversee all food and beverage areas in the hotel to the relevant standards.
2. Support/supervise hotel events to ensure exceptional service at all times.
3. Ensure that all guests are greeted warmly and cheerfully at arrival and throughout their stay.
4. Assist with the training of new employees.
5. Ensure that all meals and beverages are delivered on time and to acceptable standards.
6. Daily supervision of the Bar, Restaurant, and C&B operations and personnel.
7. A hands-on approach to improve the F&B offering with continuous improvements/upgrades & to increase guest satisfaction.
8. Lead & direct service in all outlets.
9. Liaise with head Chef and sales manager on sales promotions/menus.
