A reputable retail company based in North West Dublin is seeking to hire a skilled and detail-oriented Credit Control Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the credit control inbox, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely responses to queries.
2. Issue Proof of Deliveries (PODs) and maintain accurate records for deliveries, payments, and supporting documentation.
3. Process daily cash applications, credit card payments, and other payments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
4. Assist in the opening of new client accounts, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained, verified, and entered into the system.
5. Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts, coordinating with customers to arrange payments and resolve outstanding issues.
6. Collaborate closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial records.
7. Maintain and update customer credit limits, reviewing account histories and making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
8. Work with internal teams to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to credit control and accounts receivable, ensuring smooth operations across departments.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of Credit Control experience (or similar experience in finance/accounts).
* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
