Project Construction Manager - Life Sciences - Ireland - Contract Role

Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of daily and pre-construction activities for the project.
2. Ensure the delivery of a high-end facility within the construction scope, adhering to industry best practices, budget, and schedule.
3. Foster a culture where Safety and Quality are core project values.
4. Promote and develop safety practices through active demonstration.
5. Contribute to the development of a comprehensive site safety program, collaborating with local and corporate client teams, as well as project partners like CM and subcontractors.
6. Establish and maintain open communication with the CM team and the broader client team to ensure project success.
7. Utilise engineering and construction expertise to achieve world-class construction installations.
8. Ensure the CM team meets client expectations for the construction scope, including adherence to standards and guidelines.
9. Assist in project planning, budgeting, and resource identification.
10. Ensure adequate construction resources are allocated within project cost constraints to meet goals.
11. Provide early input on construction aspects during design, including model reviews.
12. Support the creation of the overall project schedule, focusing on detailed construction scheduling and system completion priorities for integration into the master schedule.
13. Track key engineering deliverables to ensure compliance with critical dates and schedule requirements, including IFT and IFC documentation, equipment delivery, and documentation dates.
14. Participate in the development and approval of CM execution procedures, including Construction EHS Plan, Field Construction Quality Plan, Site Logistics Plan, and Turnover Plan.
15. Support the development and maintenance of a Constructability Program aligned with project execution and schedule.
16. Oversee the implementation of the constructability process, including construction sequencing and deliverable needs.
17. Provide input and support for technical and commercial scope inclusions in subcontract packages.
18. Attend and participate in all progress reviews from design through construction.
19. Attend all contractor kick-off, pre-construction, and weekly meetings.
20. Participate in project cost reviews and other project control processes, such as risk and change management.
