You will proactively identify emerging employee needs, understand how to measure what matters and turn data into meaningful action and ensure implementation and adoption of improvement initiatives that drive greater employee engagement. In the end, we will work to continuously improve and strengthen our IOPS culture.
As a Principal Employee Engagement Insights Specialist, your remit will include but is not limited to, the following:
1. Collaborating with HR partners to identify workforce needs by participating in and crafting strategies to understand the voice of employee, including interviews, focus groups, surveys, and other non-subjective measures.
2. Applying analytics, data and work cross-functionally to determine organizational strategies for growing employee engagement and efficiency at various stages of employment.
3. Analysing and reporting on survey results and trends, and identifying key improvement areas needed locally and globally.
4. Championing and providing hands-on support for strategies based on employee feedback including local improvements and global initiatives that improve the work experience.
5. Building the capability of business leaders to action their employee experience data.
6. Conducting statistical analyses and predictive modelling to support initiatives and identify potential risks or opportunities.
7. Working closely with leaders to keep areas of improvement visible and progressing and holding various departments accountable for the execution of action plans.
8. Reviewing key industry trends and standard methodologies on employee experience.
9. In collaboration with Corporate Communications, marketing results of action plans by conceptualizing, crafting, and implementing visual and verbal stories, campaigns, and editorials.
10. Identifying strategies to strengthen the understanding and connection to IOPS core values, behaviors, and culture.
This role might be for you if:
1. You demonstrate corporate or consulting experience crafting/deploying/analyzing survey data, focus groups, or other voice of employee tools.
2. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets.
3. You possess the ability to work cross-functionally and with global partners to implement solutions.
4. You have strong listening skills and enjoy applying your findings and creating a narrative to actively engage people.
5. You demonstrate resilience and a drive for results.
6. You have strong interpersonal skills and can effectively connect with peers and superiors.
7. You have experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms, to create compelling dashboards and reports.
To be considered for this opportunity you should have a BS/BA and 8+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
