Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a growing Life Science organisation on their search for a HR Manager to join the company.
HR Manager - Responsibilities:
* Approve and manage all holidays of employees
* Assist with processing and record keeping related to hiring, separation, leave, transfer and promotion of employees
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer, including assisting with legal cases and contracts
* Assist with opening new offices and contracts involved
* Handle contracts with partner organisations and clients
* Manage various benefits and incentives for employees
* Manage various HR programs
HR Manager - Requirements:
* Strong HR Generalist, HR Business Partnering, or related experience
* Must be able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
* Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Great communication skills
* A positive, flexible attitude
