As the Senior Operations Manager, you will: Engage with our outsource partners to strategically manage the day-to-day management of our business.
This will require regular onsite visits to locations such as Letterkenny, India, and others.
Lead on proactive pipeline management, and, supported by our distribution channel and outsource partners, develop innovative processes that ensure all policies correctly closed out.
Use data to forecast and anticipate requirements to provide detailed performance metrics against plans and service levels, as well as training plans for the team.
Interact and influence our outsource providers at senior management level to ensure outsourcer strategies, plans and culture are aligned with our own company ambitions.
Own the delivery of the offshore transition plan, achieving key milestones and KPIs.
Oversee the development and maintain operational dashboards that report on lead and lag measures.
Provide visionary leadership and effective talent management, inspire and motivate teams to excel, and cultivate strong, lasting relationships with stakeholders and partners.
We're looking for someone with: A relevant degree in Business or relevant customer-facing and management experience within Financial Service/ Insurance.
Experience in a Life and Pensions Operations team with an understanding of forecasting, process management, project management and technology.
Detailed pensions knowledge would be a significant advantage.
Previous experience of identifying and driving initiatives which deliver value add improvements to their function or business.
Knowledge of the regulatory environment (including but not limited to CPC and CPRA), as well as experience in delivering strategic projects.
Ability to build good relationships with outsource providers and distribution channels, and flexible leadership style focused on good communication, mutual respect, and clarity of purpose.
