Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, including conveyors, mixers, and packaging machinery.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults to minimize production downtime.
Install, adjust, and commission machinery and equipment as needed.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment availability and reliability.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and inventory records of spare parts.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards during maintenance activities.
Support continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce costs.
Key Requirements Proven experience as a Maintenance Fitter/Technician in a food production or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
