The Client
A Global Law Firm boasting over 1000 lawyers, 300+ partners, 29 offices and 17 jurisdictions - a true leader in their field. They are recruiting for a Support Assistant to join their growing Dublin office.
The Role
The Support Assistant will provide comprehensive support across various functions including Front of House, Facilities Management, and Administrative Tasks.
Main duties will include:
1. Reception duties.
2. Meeting/event management.
3. Oversee office supply inventory/reorder supplies as needed.
4. All general administration tasks.
Essential Criteria
1. Prior experience in an administrative or support role is desirable.
2. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
3. Strong organisational skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
