Project Worker – Homeless and Drug Service
We are seeking a dedicated Social Care Worker to join our team in Dublin. As a Project Worker, you will work directly with clients to provide a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work directly with clients as part of a team
* Provide a safe and secure environment for clients
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Contribute to the development of project plans and strategies
Requirements:
* Rélevant QQI third level 7 or above qualification in social care, addiction, community or youth work
* 2 years relevant employed work experience in addiction, community development, health & social care, mental health services, education or related fields including experience in crisis support, key working, and case management
* Understanding of issues relating to alcohol and drug use/homelessness and mental health, and experience of client work in these areas
* Good knowledge of relevant legislation, policy and practice regarding homelessness and/or drug use
* Strong interpersonal skills
