Requirements: Degree in business or relevant experience.
2+ years in email campaign management (e.g., DotDigital, Mailchimp) and CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
Strong background in CRM, database marketing, and customer insights.
Analytical skills for data segmentation and campaign evaluation.
Experience with email marketing automation and personalization.
Problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
