We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Transport Office Administrator to join our Distribution Department in Grange Castle. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about driving their career forward with a leading company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide daily support to the Transport Lead, ensuring office administration functions and processes are carried out in line with company policy
* Manage all administrative functions within the Transport Administration office
* Process file management, data entry, and record keeping
* Prepare and issue reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
* Act as a point of contact for delivery drivers and respond to day-to-day queries from other departments and contractors
* Perform cash balancing, prepare lodgements, and manage ad-hoc tasks as required

* Excellent customer focus and communication skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficient in PC skills and Microsoft Excel
