Job Description:

We have a staff of 2,500 worldwide, serving over one million client accounts in more than 220 countries and territories. IBKR is looking for a hands-on and driven Business Analyst with a technical background to play a key change management role in our growing business entities.
This role involves providing business and technical support on project consideration, design, specification, and implementation. The candidate will support the Global New Accounts and Compliance teams, managing projects from inception to completion, and effectively driving change to improve our business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Independently manage projects from idea to software development lifecycle to completion
* Build relationships across operational departments and understand team needs
* Technical and numerical analysis of existing systems and processes
* Liaise with programming teams to ensure solution viability
* Test execution and test support of system changes
* Pre-/post-Implementation support with Operational teams
Requirements:
* University degree in Engineering, Computing or related field (desirable)
* 3+ years Business Analysis experience accreditation (plus)
* Strong technology experience with relational databases (SQL)
* Demonstrable Business-Level knowledge; process flow diagrams, business process modelling and design
