Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic Legal Secretary to join our team in South County Dublin.
The Role:
* Complete and update Enquiries and Report Registers and Qunote to ensure accuracy and up-to-datedness at all times.
* Set up case files, manage paperwork, and track reports through completion.
* Prepare invoices, track payments, and manage report exchanges.
* Liaise with Case Managers regarding cross-over cases.
* Manage telephone and email communication professionally.
* Manage client files confidentially.
* Perform general administration duties as required, including filing.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in a busy office environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
* Flexible approach, friendly disposition, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Good problem-solving skills.
* Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
