THE OPPORTUNITY
• We have exciting opportunity for an experienced and energetic Associate or Managing Associate to join our ambitious and rapidly growing Restructuring & Insolvency team in Dublin.

• You will be involved in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious restructuring & insolvency matters including commercial disputes.
THE ROLE
• The Restructuring & Insolvency team is a distinct unit within the Disputes Department of Addleshaw Goddard's Dublin Office.
• You will be advising a variety of stakeholders including creditors, debtors, directors, shareholders, and insolvency practitioners across the full and diverse range of restructuring and insolvency matters.
• You will form an integral part of a solutions focused team often interpreting and analysing complex legal principles and working with colleagues to find practical and commercial solutions for our clients.
• Your work will be varied, and you will have the regular opportunity to work on contentious matters and commercial disputes within the Restructuring and Insolvency team.
• You will have the opportunity to closely collaborate with our international colleagues in Addleshaw Goddard's global network which presents a unique opportunity to work on cross-border matters.
YOUR AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Ideally 2+ years' experience in restructuring & insolvency law gained within a comparable environment.
• Proficient technical expertise and drafting with effective communication skills to apply consistently high quality, solutions-focused advice to our clients.
• A great attitude to working as part of a team and to collaborating with colleagues in other departments and jurisdictions to deliver the best results for our clients.
• The ability to maintain efficient diary and task management across a range matters, maintain the accuracy and levels of client service expected within a high performing team.
• A hard-working attitude being comfortable operating in time sensitive situations or under pressure.
• Enthusiasm for the development of your legal skill set with continuous learning and to help build relationships and contacts that our central to our practice.
