Project Coordinator

Salary: €40,000
Role Overview
Our client is seeking a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven and forward-thinking Project Coordinator to join their amazing culture. In this role, you will assist the Operations Manager alongside all Project Managers to oversee and perform administrative functions concerned with all projects. This may include calling contractors, making appointments, ordering supplies and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities
1. Perform all administrative duties in relation to projects / operations
2. Prepare and maintain project materials / job packs, placing particular emphasis on detail and quality
3. Perform administrative tasks within the parameters set out by the Operations Manager / Project Managers
4. Liaise with relevant internal staff to ensure all standards are achieved
5. Attend meetings and contribute to the overall success of the team through the sharing of information
6. Timesheet data entry
7. Payroll administration
Key Skills
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
2. Fluent / professional English
3. Administrative experience (preferred)
