About the Role:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our finance team in Dublin 12.
This is a hybrid role offering flexibility with one collaborative day in the office each week, allowing you to balance work and personal life effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update multiple databases ensuring accurate record-keeping and data integrity.
* Reconcile marketing budgets tracking expenses and ensuring financial accuracy.
* Process and pay invoices efficiently adhering to company policies and deadlines.
* Set up new suppliers conduct vendor screening and manage supplier documentation.
* Provide administrative support for RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and contract management.
* Assist with general finance-related administrative tasks as needed.
