Who We Are
CHO Dublin North City and County is one of nine Community Healthcare Organisations across the country, responsible for providing care and services to our geographical population of approximately 679,579. Mellany McLoone is the Chief Officer for CHO DNCC and has full responsibility and accountability for the delivery of all Community Healthcare services in the area. Community Healthcare Services are the broad range of services that are delivered outside of the acute hospital setting.

Mental Health Services play a critical role in addressing and managing mental health across various populations. Its operational responsibility encompasses a broad range of activities, from promoting positive mental health to supporting individuals dealing with severe mental health conditions. Mental Health Services ensures that people of all ages and backgrounds have access to the necessary support to manage their mental health challenges effectively.
The Grade V position occupies a pivotal role within the structure of the Phoenix Care Centre. The post holder will provide administrative support for the Involuntary Admission process at the unit level within the Approved Centre. Responsibilities include managerial and administrative duties ranging from central staff functions such as human resources, finance, and information technology. The post holder will supervise staff as allocated by the Service Manager.
