HR Advisor Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our organization in Dublin city centre for a 12-month contract.
About the Role
The successful candidate will provide guidance and advice to managers and employees across EMEA on HR queries related to Employee Relations, Performance Management, and probation inquiries.
This is a hybrid working role with 3 days onsite per week.
Responsibilities
* Recommend solutions to employee relations-related enquiries and escalate as needed to management for further investigation.
* Provide guidance on employee inquiries by interpreting policies and procedures.
* Maintain accurate employee records and metrics.
* Collaborate with other centres of excellence.
* Manage the HR inbox of relevant queries.
Experience Required
* 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
* Bachelor's degree required.
* Prior experience working in a centralized HR department or shared services organization is highly desirable.
* Experience with case management systems and Workday is preferred.
* Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
