Retail Convenience Store Manager Job North County Dublin
Salary 35,000 - 40,000 DOE
My client is a highly successful and well-known Convenience forecourt group, with multiple stores across Leinster.
Soon to be part of a global retail chain, our client is looking to bolster its team in their fast-paced store in one of their North Dublin stores.
This is a progressive and well-known retail brand, with good operating policies and procedures, to ensure best practices and healthy business performances. They provide modern training methods by fostering a positive goal-oriented working environment.
This shop, is a compact yet highly equipped convenience retail store, supported by a dedicated team of up to 12 skilled staff members, including deli. The shop has a strong focus on fresh foods and customer service. If you are an experienced manager at a Duty or Assistant Manager level in a bigger shop and would like the experience to run your own store, this is an ideal opportunity to build your confidence, knowledge of back office procedures and to enjoy the successes of the store under your leadership.
DOE, salary between 35,000 - 40,000, 43 hour contract, including bonus, staff discount, VHI scheme, pension and more.

Ensure the site runs efficiently and smoothly.Ensuring the store reaches maximum profitability and achieves other financial objectives like controlling waste, Ensuring your team demonstrates excellent standards in merchandising, customer service, and hygiene that reflect's well on the group's reputationManaging all HR, H&S related queries, ensuring your retail shop is compliant with all these matters.
Requirements for this Retail Store Manager Job:
Must be a proven and experienced Retail Grocery Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a similar retail food environment ready to step up.Excellent organisation and leadership skills are a must, must possess the ability to lead and motivate teams under them, such as deli charge hands, Assistant Managers, and Supervisors and other senior staff.Commercially astute, looking for opportunities to increase revenue by knowing the retail landscape, and managing costs effectively, and using your supplier network to your advantage.Working knowledge of Labour Law, Health & Safety regulations, HACCP, and Consumer Law
