An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Online Department for a Site Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all product information on-site, keywords and meta data are up to date, to ensure ambitious budgets are met, whilst ensuring customers have the best possible online shopping experience. They will ensure that the information on the website reflects the complete product offering and that on-site search is optimised through the regular input of related keywords.
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
1. The initial setup and ongoing management of the online grocery product category structure to include seasonal and promotional categories.
2. Run new product reports on a weekly basis or as required and use to update website listings, descriptions & settings. Ensure that details of any new range launches are captured and communicated well in advance of go live date.
3. Assigns products to Grocery Online, reporting any issues / blockers to publishing products.
4. Plan and implement the updating of all online shopping product listings as per the grocery and fresh promotional cycle schedules. Complete a review of all promotions post go live to ensure that pricing is correct and all promotional offers are operating correctly.
5. Assist in the resolution of all relevant customer and store website queries in relation to product listing, pricing and availability.
6. Communication with Grocery Trading department admins on product catalogue, flags any issues identified at product level.
7. Tracks progress with new product launches from a publishing perspective.
8. Other adhoc duties which may arise in our Online Grocery Department.

11. Ideally have previous online trading experience within a fast paced environment, preferably retail
12. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams
