The Role: Making an Impact at Personio
This position is office-based (hybrid) in our Dublin office. As a Solution Sales Manager focused on cross-selling to existing customers, you'll deliver top-tier sales consultations, leveraging your expertise to boost customer growth by expanding their use of Personio applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive growth by expanding existing accounts and developing strategies to effectively cross-sell additional Personio applications.
* Own the entire sales process—from spotting opportunities and qualifying leads to delivering compelling demos and negotiating successful deals.
* Be the subject matter expert and trusted advisor for specific Personio applications, guiding customers to unlock their full potential.
* Provide valuable feedback to the product team to enhance our applications based on real customer needs.
Requirements for Success:
* Sales Experience: 3 years + in software or related services, including experience in complex sales processes and closing deals.
* Pipeline Management: Strong expertise in managing sales pipelines and forecasting.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Team player with the ability to work closely with internal teams such as growth management, product, legal, and marketing.
* Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoy problem-solving.
