Responsibilities:
* FOLLOW COMPANY SYSTEMS AND PROCEDURES FOR STOCK CONTROL AND MANAGEMENT USING DYNAMICS 365 (ERP/MRP)
* PLACE AND MANAGE PURCHASE ORDERS FOR STOCK, CONSUMABLES, AND SPECIAL ITEMS AS REQUIRED, INCLUDING LIASING WITH SUPPLIERS
* GENERATE REPORTS ON SUPPLY PERFORMANCE, INVENTORY LEVELS, AND PLANNING/PURCHASING ACTIVITIES - COMMUNICATING ISSUES TO RELEVANT STAKEHOLDERS
* MONITOR PRODUCTION SCHEDULES TO ENSURE ALIGNMENT WITH ORDER REQUIREMENTS, ADJUSTING AS NECESSARY BASED ON SUPPLY CHAIN OR MANUFACTURING CHANGES
* COORDINATE WITH PRODUCTION AND LOGISTICS TEAMS TO ENSURE TIMELY DELIVERY OF MATERIALS AND PRODUCTS
* MAINTAIN AND UPDATE PLANNING AND PURCHASING INFORMATION
Essential Criteria:
* 1 YEAR IN A PLANNING, PURCHASING OR STOCK CONTROL ROLE OR BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT, MANUFACTURING, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, OR A RELATED FIELD IS PREFERRED
Desired Criteria:
* FAMILIARITY WITH ERP/MRP SYSTEMS (LIKE MICROSOFT DYNAMICS, SAP, ORACLE, OR SIMILAR) FOR MANAGING INVENTORY AND PRODUCTION/PURCHASING ACTIVITIES
* PROFICIENCY IN MICROSOFT EXCEL FOR DATA ANALYSIS, INVENTORY CONTROL, AND REPORTING PURPOSES
* STRONG ANALYTICAL SKILLS FOR INTERPRETING DATA RELATED TO INVENTORY LEVELS, PRODUCTION SCHEDULES, AND SUPPLIER PERFORMANCE
* STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL
