About the Role

Our client, a leading Corporate PR agency in Dublin, is seeking a talented Senior Account Executive or Account Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-profile clients across diverse industries, driving strategic campaigns that shape public perceptions and deliver real results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Development and Execution:
o Support or lead the development and implementation of strategic corporate communications and public relations campaigns.
o Ensure all campaigns align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
2. Media Relations:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts across print, online, and broadcast.
o Proactively pitch stories, secure coverage, and manage media inquiries.
3. Client Management:
o Act as a day-to-day contact for clients, providing strategic counsel and updates on campaign progress.
o Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and identify opportunities for added value.
4. Content Creation:
o Draft compelling press releases, speeches, articles, opinion pieces, and social media content.
o Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality, on-brand messaging.
5. Event Management:
o Organise and execute media events, press briefings, and corporate launches.
6. Crisis Communications:
o Support clients in managing sensitive issues, including crisis response and reputation management.
o Work closely with colleagues across accounts to deliver integrated, creative, and results-driven campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
1. For Senior Account Executive: At least 2+ years of experience in corporate PR or communications, preferably in an agency setting.
2. For Account Manager: At least 4+ years of experience, with proven account management expertise.
Skills:
1. Exceptional communication and writing skills.
2. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
3. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with clients, media, and stakeholders.
