The Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a Change Manager to join their business consulting team. This position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to develop your skills and make a tangible impact. As a Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering transformation projects, focusing on business processes, systems, technology, and organisational structures.
Responsibilities:
* Apply structured methodologies, assess organizational impact, and implement change management strategies to drive successful transitions.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to manage change effectively, ensuring business readiness and alignment with client needs.
* Build strong client relationships, contribute to business development, and mentor junior team members to foster growth.
* Partner with project teams to meet objectives and deliver tailored solutions that achieve desired outcomes.
Criteria:
* Minimum 3+ years' experience in change management, with strong knowledge of principles, tools, and methodologies.
* Relevant change management diploma and project management certifications (PRINCE2, PMP) are advantageous.
* Experience in finance, public sector, life sciences, healthcare, or professional services consulting is desirable.
* Exceptional analytical abilities, communication skills, and proven success in building strong stakeholder relationships.
