Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Focusing on software sales in the UK, US, and Ireland, this role involves identifying ideal customer profiles, developing email sales cadences, and executing cold calling initiatives to generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough research to identify businesses that align with our target market criteria.
* Create engaging and personalized email outreach sequences to effectively communicate our value proposition.
* Initiate outbound cold calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
* Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in our CRM system.
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate efforts, share insights, and provide feedback on the effectiveness of various outreach strategies.
* Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new tools/software relevant to sales development.
Requirements:
* Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify potential prospects.
* Excellent communication and articulation skills to convey value propositions effectively.
* Proficiency in using CRM software (such as Hubspot) and other sales productivity tools.
* Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
