About Your New Job Is seeking an experienced full-time Payroll/Accounts Payable Administrator to join our dynamic team at our busy head office.
This is anonsite positionoffering the convenience ofonsite parking.
Manage theweekly payroll for 200+ staff, including starters and leavers.
Handle all payroll aspects such asROS returns,weekly and month-end reconciliations, and employee payroll queries.
Processaccounts payable invoicesand reconcile supplier statements.
Performdaily bank reconciliationsand support ad-hoc reporting tasks as required.
What Skills You Need 2+ years experiencein payroll processing.
Minimum of1 years experiencein accounts payable.
Proficiency inSage Payrolland strong IT skills.
Up-to-date knowledge ofIrish payroll and legislation.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong attention to detail and high numerical accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
