Sales and Finance Administrator Dublin 2 (onsite) Salary - €40k-€45k DOE A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and detail-oriented administrator to join a renowned luxury retailer, supporting both the sales and finance departments. Key Responsibilities: Assist with daily cash operations and till reconciliation. Provide administrative support to the finance team, including report writing, budgeting, and forecasting. Manage balance sheets, investigate discrepancies, and prepare sales reports. Process invoices, expenses, and purchase orders efficiently. Maintain and update records and reports using Excel. What Youll Need: Minimum 3 years experience in a sales or finance administration role, ideally within retail. Strong proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.). Experience in financial reconciliation. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills Experience using sales or financial systems such as Sage or SAP.
