Limerick, Full time About the Role Sodexo is seeking a passionate and experienced Catering Supervisor to lead our Food Service Assistant (FSA) team in Limerick.

What you'll do: Supervise and lead the FSA team in day-to-day cleaning and hygiene maintenance as per Sodexo and client standards.Manage rosters, coordinate leave requests, and ensure smooth daily operations.Oversee and train staff in the use of the EPOS payment system and ensure cash handling compliance.Maintain accurate and up-to-date HACCP documentation.Apply and uphold company HR policies and procedures.Hold regular team huddles, champion Sodexo values, and foster staff engagement.Ensure team members comply with Sodexo's personal hygiene and uniform standards.Induct and train staff in "Great Training" practices and safe systems of work.Report all near-misses, accidents, and incidents promptly.Support food preparation and presentation to company standards when needed.Ensure cleanliness of service areas, including tables, counters, and vending machines.What you'll bring: Proven experience in a catering or food service supervisory role.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Knowledge of HACCP procedures and health & safety regulations.Flexibility to support occasional out-of-hours functions.Team player with a hands-on approach to service excellence.Why Sodexo?
