The Graduate BCAR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the BCAR Manager with the collation of all project documentation and will be based in Maynooth.Key responsibilities and duties Carrying out quality inspections on all works with BCAR Manager/ Senior BCAR Coordinator Collation of all project documentation relating to the assigned certifier/design certifier's inspection plans and the Building Control Amendment Regulations 2014 Liaising with the Assigned Certifier and Resident Engineers on NCRs raised and review of close observations with them.
