About Your New Job as an Account Manager
* Discover new business opportunities and grow the client base across semi-state organizations, fleet services, and property management sectors.
* Collaborate with a diverse range of clients, from fleet managers to property developers, all driving the shift toward a cleaner future.
* Foster strong connections with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional solutions.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets, while managing a dynamic sales pipeline.
* Master the company’s cutting-edge EV charging solutions and clearly communicate their benefits to clients.
* Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to fine-tune your sales approach.
What Skills You Need as an Account Manager
* 2+ years in a full sales cycle role, with a strong record of success in business development.
* A results-oriented mindset, able to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
* Flexibility to travel across Ireland to engage with clients and explore new opportunities.
* Full, clean Irish drivers’ license.
* Full, permanent and immediate working rights to work in Ireland.

* Base salary up to €55k, with OTE of €110k.
