Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Graduate to join our team at Novo Nordisk Production Ireland.
Main Responsibilities
* Plan and execute projects in a timely manner, ensuring proper execution and adequate communication with stakeholders.
* Define project scope, goals, expected deliverables, stakeholder mapping, estimated cost, and timeline for low complexity projects.
* Complete projects according to plan, securing adequate communication to direct internal and external stakeholders, and sharing learnings with the immediate team.
* Support the day-to-day running and upkeep of utility systems with current Maintenance Best Practices mindset.
* Introduce and promote Reliability Centered Maintenance activities.
* Support equipment breakdowns, identification of failure root cause, and implementation of fixes/upgrades.
Qualifications
* Degree level in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline to Honours level.
* Previous contact with the pharmaceutical sector is an advantage.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong organisational and planning skills.
* Proven competency and reliability and flexibility.
* Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
