Job Description
Being a Office Administrator will involve you interacting with customers on a day to day basis whilst providing excellent customer service. You will be handling incoming calls from existing customers and helping them with any questions/queries they have. You will be responsible for all invoicing and filing of the Branch.
Responsibilities
* Greet Customers when they walk through the door
* Document sales by creating open jobs or updating customer records via in-house system
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
* Processing payments, processing invoices, filing invoices
* Keeping all Fleet paperwork up to date
* Book in vehicles whilst keeping the Customer updated by follow up phone calls
* Build rapport through conversations and honest recommendations for Customer Vehicles
* Be able to deal with stressful situations calmly and professionally
Experience
* Someone who is able to navigate through a computer
* Motor Trade interest preferred
* High Energy, Friendly personality and strong willed
* Capable of interpreting customers' words and showing them professional Customer Service that meets their needs
