Toyota Naas are currently looking for a Receptionist which includes show-room hosting responsibilities to join our team. This is a full-time role and the hours will consist of 8.30am until 6pm, working 5/6 days. We are looking for a well-rounded, flexible individual, who works well as part of a team and willing to learn the Toyota Way. You will be the face and the voice of the hospitality department. You will introduce the dealership to the customer and when the time is right, will refer the customer to the appropriate point of contact having left a lasting impression. We are looking for someone who has a full understanding of Omotenishiand is able to put this into practice. Your role will involve a broad range of both reception and administration duties, varying from filing, scanning, and responding to emails and phone calls. You will be acting as first point of contact for all incoming customers, meeting and greeting them accordingly. Positive engagement with customers will be expected at all times.
