We are seeking an ERP Software Business Development Executive for a pioneering software company empowering food processors and distributors across multiple regions. This role focuses on building lasting partnerships with clients and guiding them through the sales process for comprehensive ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities and meet sales targets.
2. Guide clients through the sales cycle from needs assessment to ERP implementation.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and qualify leads.
4. Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills and Experience:
1. 3+ years in consultative B2B sales, ideally in ERP or similar enterprise software.
2. Proven success in managing complex sales cycles.
3. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
1. Knowledge of ERP, accounting, or financial software.
2. Experience with CRM and project management software (e.g., HubSpot, JIRA).
