Main Responsibilities
* EHS: Responsible and accountable for the safe accomplishment of activities to all statutory, environmental, regulatory (cGMP), corporate site and department practices and procedures.
* Technical Support: Inputting into equipment design, construction, commissioning and qualification activities; providing technical assistance to maintenance personnel and other departments as required.
* Maintenance Planning: Developing maintenance procedures and equipment files; assisting with generation, review and revision of maintenance documentation as necessary.
* Critical Equipment List: Developing and managing the critical equipment list; optimizing the site preventive maintenance programme (RCM/FMECA based).
* Condition Monitoring: Developing and managing the condition monitoring programme; assisting in the selection of appropriate spare parts to ensure maximum availability of equipment.
* Continuous Improvement: Analyzing equipment data to report on equipment performance; developing, standardizing and implementing the latest maintenance approaches and techniques in line with the MAM COE and MAM platform initiatives.
Leadership Responsibilities
* Reporting to MAM Maintenance Lead and MAM Site Leadership as required.
* Deputizing for Maintenance Manager as necessary.
* Rotating with other positions in the department, as required.
* Facilitating an environment of continuous improvement.
* Leading investigations in work area as necessary.
* Leading/participating in Cross-Functional teams as necessary to support site goals.
* Supporting training and development of technicians.
